The Istanbul Ataturk Airport is a brand new, world class airport with 1.432 meters of moving walkways, 23 escalators, 45 elevators, 18 passenger boarding bridges and a baggage handling carrier system with a capacity of 10.000 pieces of luggege per hour.

 DIWAN will contact with Consulate & Governorship of Istanbul in order to make the necessary arrangement to use the VIP Lounge at the airport. Full guest list with their status is required by the authorities.

 With a special permission from the custom and airport authorities, Guest will be met as soon as they get out of the plane and transferred to their vehicles through the VIP Lounge.
•
 Passport & Luggage processes will be handled by DIWAN.
•
 Airport Staff will be used in order to coordinate the luggage and the passports.
•
 Luggage will be sent to the Hotel via separate Luggage Van.
•
 Deluxe vehicles will be ready outside the VIP Lounge.
•

Guest will be assisted by English or Arabic speaking professional guide to the Hotel.
